Terms and conditions Mirador de Zaragoza
Booking conditions:
Check-in time is from 15:00 h onwards. If you arrive earlier and your flat is not ready, you can check in and we will store your luggage while you take a walk around Zaragoza.
Check-out time is at 10:00 h. but we can still store your luggage while you go for a walk or do your last minute shopping.
Direct booking cancellations:
We require a valid credit card to guarantee your booking. We will charge 25% at the time of booking and the remaining 75% 14 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the full initial payment.
If you cancel between 1 and 14 days before the date of arrival, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid.
If you cancel on the day of arrival, there will be no refund.
These cancellation conditions only apply to direct bookings (website, email or telephone). Bookings made through intermediary websites will be governed by the cancellation conditions established by those websites.
Apartamentos Mirador de Zaragoza reserves the right to apply special cancellation policies on certain dates of the year.
